Kinetic Specimen was a project for my Typography class, where we were able to pick any typeface of our choice, and promote it to our audience.

I picked the typeface: CoFo Raffine by Contrast Foundry. The overall brand identity displays fluidity, sophistication, and elegance. Therefore, I knew I wanted to incorporate that fluidity.

I mixed color graded macro videography of oil and water from a Canon EOS R5 with an EF 50mm f/2.5 Compact Micro Lens and typography.

Therefore, this project lead me to pushing my skills more in live-action footage, blended with animation, and understanding more how to color grade footage to fit in with a theme.
